Illinois Healthcare Right of Conscience Act.

I’ve heard from a lot of constituents about Pritzker’s effort to amend the Illinois Healthcare Right of Conscience Act. A bill was filed yesterday, as Floor Amendment 2 to Senate Bill 1169. It is broadly written and states that it is not a violation of a persons healthcare right of conscience “to take any measures or impose any requirements… intended to prevent contraction or transmission of COVID-19” and “It is not a violation of this Act to enforce such measures or requirements, including by terminating employment or excluding individuals from a school, a place of employment, or public or private premises in response to noncompliance.”You can voice your opinion on the bill by filing a witness slip on the bill following these instructions:https://repmazzochi.com/…/13/how-to-file-a-witness-slip/
